Day 1:✔️ can't lift my tights from the ground while lying on my belly. And I can't do high planks longer than 20sec😓 died
Day 2:✔️ today I could lift my tights 🤷♀️ I added 20min of Zumba. High Planks are still a struggle.
Day 3: ✔️ Active Rest Day
Day 4: ✔️ Day 4: added 20min Zumba, high planks are easier but still a struggle

Hi Ms. Chloe. New subscriber here from the Philippines. I’m on a keto/low carb diet before this lockdown and so far I lost almost 10 kg for almost 5 months. I decided to eat healthy now as some of my friends and fam advises me (w/ fruits and veggies that I know is high in carbs and sugar) but I’m scared that I would gain again the lbs that I lost. I am still doing the 16:8 IF. I ate from 12 noon to 8 pm. I ate rice as my lunch and some canned goods (that’s all I have here on my dorm) while quick cook oats with chia seeds as my dinner. I’m doing this work out for 2 days now and planning to add the ab work out on your 2 week program. Does it gonna be okay? I mean with what I am eating? Does it help me to not gain back the lbs even if I stopped on my keto diet? PS, I finished this work out but halfway through the next work out (w/c is the ab work out) I’m feelin slightly lightheaded. Wish you can read this. Btw, your body is GOALS! More power to you. Love all your vids! I’m a fan
