Dinosaurs are a diverse group of animals belonging to the branch Dinosauria. They first appeared in the Tam Diep Period (231.4 million years ago) and were the most dominant vertebrate group throughout more than 165.4 million years until the end of the Cretaceous (66 million years ago), when the Event was great. The Cretaceous-Paleogene period occurs as the extinction of most dinosaur groups and 3/4 of the animals and plants on Earth, marking the end of the Middle Kingdom and the beginning of the New Birth. The fossil record shows that birds evolved from zooplankton into Jurassic, so the bird is considered a dinosaur subgroup. Some birds survived the extinction event 65 million years ago, and they continue to grow until today . Demonstrating dinosaurs evolved means that dinosaurs are not really extinct, and a descendant of their descendants still exists.
